摘 要:提出了一种利用有源RFID电子标签实现矿井机车运行状态监测和定位的设计方案。有源微波RFID电子标签具有远距离非接触式读写能力,基于nRF24LE1和nRF24L01+2种射频芯片构建RFID标签识别系统,利用电子标签标识对象唯一性的特点,结合矿井巷道电子标签空间固定位置布设的条件,通过以SX1278射频芯片为核心的远程无线通信网络传输信息,实现对巷道有轨机车运行状态监测和实时定位,保障机车运行安全。该方案相比基于泄漏电缆和近距离无线通信传输信息,降低了建设和运行成本,可靠性、抗干扰性以及可用性都得到了全面提升。Presents a design scheme of using active RFID electronic tag to monitor and locate the running state of mine locomotive. Active microwave RFID electronic tag has the ability of long-distance non-contact reading and writing. Based on n RF24 LE1 and nRF24 L01 + two kinds of radio frequency chips,an RFID tag identification system is constructed. With the unique characteristics of the electronic tag identification object, combined with the conditions of the fixed location layout of the mine laneway electronic tag,through the long-distance wireless communication network with SX1278 RF chip as the core to transmit information,the monitoring and real-time positioning of the running state of the laneway railcar can be realized,ensure the running safety of the locomotive. Compared with the transmission of information based on leaky cable and short-range wireless communication,this scheme reduces the cost of construction and operation,and improves the reliability, anti-interference and availability.
