东北黑土区水土流失治理技术与模式研究评述

摘　　要：东北黑土区被誉为国家粮食生产与供给的"稳压器",是我国重要的商品粮基地。但由于长期过度开发与利用、保护不当,导致水土流失严重,严重制约东北经济社会可持续发展。通过对东北黑土区水土流失现状、土壤侵蚀类型的疏理与分析,总结出当前东北黑土区水土流失防治的工程措施、生物措施和耕作措施,概述了在漫川漫岗区、丘陵沟壑区和农牧交错区推广应用的水土流失治理模式。从新时代水土保持工作角度,分析了水土流失治理存在的问题,并展望提出了对策建议,可为东北黑土区水土保持和黑土地保护工作提供借鉴。The Black Soil Region in the Northeast is an important commodity grain base in China. However,soil erosion is serious due to the long-term overdevelopment as well as improper protection,and as a consequence,severely restricts the sustainable economic and social development of northeast China. Based on analysis on the current situation and types of soil erosion in the region,the paper summarizes the soil erosion control measures of engineering,biology and tillage,summarizes management modes of soil erosion control in rolling hilly region,mountainous and hilly,and agro-pastoral ecotone region. This paper analyzes the problems of soil erosion control in the black soil area of Northeast China,and suggests and prospects of soil and water conservation in the new era.
