摘　　要：为探索提升科研数据价值的可行性方案并找寻数据价值提升工作权责主体,促进知识传播与科研生态发展,文章从数据流失问题出发,通过网络调研和案例分析,从图书馆业务实践的角度,提出数据价值提升的理论框架。研究发现,揭示数据属性结构、规范化描述数据并建立知识关联,可发掘数据隐含的价值,创造数据价值复利,运用数据价值期望效用函数可量化数据价值增量以衡量数据价值提升效果。For promoting the spread of knowledge and development of scientific research ecology,this article explores the feasible solutions to enhance the value of open research data and identifies the right body responsible for the work.Starting from the problem of data loss,through network research and case analysis,a theoretical framework for promoting the value of research data deriving from actual library practice is designed.By revealing data structure attributes,describing data in a standardized manner and establishing knowledge connections,the hidden value and high potential value of data can be explored.In order to measure the effectiveness of this strategy,the expected benefits function is used to calculate the value increments.
