德国FAKIN小型科研机构的科研数据管理方案

摘　　要：随着数据科学时代的到来,越来越多科研机构参与科研数据管理,不同规模机构的科研数据管理及服务不尽相同。文章研究德国FAKIN小型科研机构数据管理方案,该方案内容覆盖科研数据工作全流程,细致详实,操作性强,机构无需具备较强的硬件基础设施,对图书馆或信息机构开展相关服务等具有参考价值。With the advent of the era of data science,more and more research institutions have begun to participate in the management of research data,though the management of data and related services would vary with the scale of research institutions.This paper analyzes the functions and characteristics of FAKIN,a research data management scheme designed for small research institutions in Germany.The result shows that FAKIN covers the entire process of research data management,and it is highly operation-friendly,requiring no sophisticated hardware and infrastructure.Thus,it not only could help research institutions to improve their own schemes of Research data management so as to guarantee the high quality of Research,but also could help libraries and information service agencies to better carry out relevant services.
