摘  要:目的考察分子量15kDa以下的聚ε-己内酯-b-聚乙二醇-b-聚ε-己内酯静电组装产物的形态。方法以2kDa和4kDa两种两端羟基聚乙二醇为引发剂引发ε-己内酯开环聚合,得到聚ε-己内酯嵌段不同的4种聚合物。以二氯甲烷或二氯甲烷-N,N二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂溶解之并静电组装。扫描电子显微镜观察所得产物形态。结果静电组装产物有不规则团块、桑葚、球三种结构。随着分子量增加和溶液浓度变高,体系从不规则团块状向桑葚状或球状结构转变。结论聚ε-己内酯-b-聚乙二醇-b-聚ε-己内酯静电组装可以得到多种形态产物,受溶液浓度和分子量的影响。Objective To investigate the morphology of static electro-assembling products of polyε-caprolacton e-b-polyethylene glycol-b-polyε-caprolactone with molecular weights under 15kDa.Methods Ring-opening polymerization ofε-caprolactone was initiated by 2kDa and 4kDa two-terminal hydroxyl polyethylene glycols as initiators.Four kinds of polymers with different polyε-caprolactone blocks were obtained.Dichloromethane or mixture of dichloromethane-N,N dimethylformamide were used as the solvent to dissolve the copolymers for static electric-assembling.Morphology of obtained products was observed by a scanning electron microscope.Results The static electro-assembling products presented three kinds of structures which were irregular conglomeration,mulberry and sphere.As molecular weights increased and solution concentration became higher,the system changed from irregular conglomerations to mulberry-like or sphere structures.Conclusion Various morphological products can be obtained by polyε-caprolactone-b-polyethylene glycol-b-polyε-caprolactone static electro-assembling,which are affected by concentration and molecular weight of solution.
