老年综合评估在老年间质性肺炎患者的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨老年综合评估(comprehensive geriatric assessment,CGA)在老年间质性肺炎患者的临床应用效果。方法选取2018年3月至2019年9月我院呼吸科间质性肺炎患者75例,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用CGA护理,对照组采用呼吸科常规评估及护理,比较两组患者3个月后的6 min步行试验(6 MWT)、临床疗效、护理满意度、新增并发症并应用圣乔治呼吸困难问卷(SGRQ)进行效果评定。结果试验组的6 MWT、临床疗效、护理满意度、新增并发症以及应用SGRQ效果评定结果均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年间质性肺炎患者进行CGA,制定合理有效的干预计划,有助于改善患者的临床症状和健康水平,提高护理满意度,降低并发症的发生率,可在临床进一步推广使用。Objective To explore the clinical effects of CGA on interstitial pneumonia in the elderly.Methods 75 cases of patients with interstitial pneumonia in our hospital from March 2018 to September 2019 were selected,and divided into the experimental group and the control group by the random number table method.CGA nursing was adopted in the experimental group and respiratory routine was used in the control group.Comparison was made between the two groups in terms of 6 minutes walk test(6 MWT)after 3 months,clinical curative effect,nursing satisfaction and new complications,effect evaluation was implemented by st George s respiratory questionnaire(SGRQ).Results The experimental group was superior to the control group in 6 MWT,clinical curative effect and nursing satisfaction,new complications and SGRQ effect evaluation results(P<0.05).Conclusion CGA and rational and effective intervention plan can help improve the clinical symptoms and health level of elderly patients with interstitial pneumonia,enhance nursing satisfaction,reduce the incidence of complications,which can be further clinically popularized.
