摘　　要：本文结合1例曾误认为房颤并左束支阻滞的预激综合征伴房颤的心电图分析。进一步讨论节律不齐的宽QRS心动过速的鉴别诊断和预激综合征合并房颤的心电图特点。This paper further discusses the differential diagnosis of wide QRS tachycardia with irregular rhythm and the electrocardiogram characteristics of preexcitation syndrome with atrial fibrillation in combination with the electrocardiogram analysis of a case of preexcitation syndrome with atrial fibrillation and left bundle branch block.
