摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法剖析职业运动员失范行为的原因及负面影响,提出治理策略。职业运动员失范行为主要包括身体失范、语言失范、关系失范,其消极影响通过影响行为个体、职业体育组织、国家的形象与责任表现出来,行为失范的原因主要为国家法治体系与行业规范欠缺、组织文化与现代企业制度滞后、个体文化素养与职业精神缺失。从法律治理、文化治理和道德治理三方面提出治理策略:健全国家层面与体育行业法律法规,通过外部控制进行刚性治理;推进职业体育组织文化建设与现代企业制度建设,通过内部控制进行柔性治理;提升职业运动员文化素养与职业精神培养,通过道德引导进行自主治理。Using the methods of literature and logical analysis,this paper explores the reasons and negative effects of professional athletes'deviant behavior,and puts forward some countermeasures.Deviant behavior can be divided into physical deviance,linguistic deviance and relational aggression,which have negative effects on the deviant behavioral individual,sports organization,national image and responsibility.It may be caused by lack of targeted national legal system and industry regulation,imperfect organization culture and modern enterprise system,shortage of education and sportsmanship.It is suggested in the aspects of legal,cultural,and moral governance that:legal systems of the country and the sports industry should be further improved through external control;culture construction and system construction of modern enterprises should be promoted through internal control in professional sports organizations;cultural education and sportsmanship of professional athletes should be further raised by self-governance through moral motivation.
