摘 要:氧化应激是骨质疏松形成的一个独立的危险因素,而尿酸在氧化应激方面发挥重要作用,因此,血尿酸与骨量丢失可能存在某种相关性。近年来,国内外对血尿酸与骨密度相关性的研究较多,但其确切关系仍存在争议。本文就尿酸概述、骨质疏松的发病机制及尿酸与骨质疏松的关系作一综述,以期进一步加深对血尿酸和骨密度关系的认识,为临床治疗提供参考。Oxidative stress is an independent risk factor for osteoporosis,and uric acid plays an important role in oxidative stress.Therefore,there may be a correlation between blood uric acid and bone loss.In recent years,there have been many studies on the correlation between blood uric acid and bone density at home and abroad,but the exact relationship is still controversial.This article reviews the overview of uric acid,the pathogenesis of osteoporosis,and the relationship between uric acid and osteoporosis,in order to further deepen the understanding of the relationship between blood uric acid and bone density,and provide references for clinical treatment.
