摘  要:研究了采用黄钠铁矾法对锌浸出液进行除铁的工艺,探究了Na+浓度、反应溶液的pH值、反应温度、反应时间等因素对黄钠铁矾法除铁效果的影响,确定了采用黄钠铁矾法对锌浸出液除铁的最优工艺条件。实验结果表明:反应溶液中应保证有足量的Na^+,以Na2CO3溶液为中和剂,调节反应溶液pH值为2.5时,在80℃以上的恒温条件下连续反应3 h,对溶液中Zn^2+浓度的影响较小,除铁效果较好。The process of iron removal by sodium jarosite from zinc leaching liquid is studied;it is studied the effect of Na+concentration,the pH value of the reaction solution,the reaction temperature and the other factors on iron removal by sodium jarosite,therefore it is confirmed the optimum process conditions for iron removal from zinc leaching liquid by sodium jarosite.The experimental results show:the plenty of Na^+in the reaction solution should be ensured,taking the Na2CO3 solution as the neutralizer,therefore,when the pH value of the reaction solution is 2.5,the reaction sustained 3 h under the constant temperature conditions(more than 80℃),which has less effect on Zn^2+concentration in the solution.
