摘  要:通过对净化系统流程的电解槽上部集气效率的改进,文丘里反应器的改造升级,风动溜槽的除砂装装置改进、风动溜槽的沉降置改进,振动筛的优化设计,以及载氟仓布料器的改进、达到减少污染物的排放,改善现场作业环境的目的。改造后铝电解烟气净化载氟氧化铝氟含量由改造前的1.48%提高到1.83%,使得烟气净化效率得到提高、氟化物无组织排放减少,同时还减少氧化铝输送过程的破损,保证了铝电解槽氧化铝、平稳、可靠、粒度均匀的供入电解槽,增加电解槽的稳定性。Through the efficiency improvement on gas collection on the upper part of electrolytic cell in the process of purification system,the transformation and upgrading of Venturi reactor,the improvement of desanding device of pneumatic chute,the improvement of sedimentation device of pneumatic chute,the optimization design of vibrating screen,and the improvement of fluorine cabin distributing device,all the above mentioned measures can reach the aim of reduction of pollutant discharge,improvement of the onsite operating environment.The fluorine-bearing alumina content in the process of aluminum electrolysis fume purification after improvement is increased from 1.48%to 1.83%,the fume purification rate is improved,the unorganized emission of fluoride is reduced,and the damage in the alumina transportation process is reduced simultaneously,therefore the stable,reliable,even grained aluminum electrolysis alumina can be fed into the electrolytic cell,the stability of the electrolytic cell can be increased.
