摘　　要：针对铝电解多功能机组液压系统泄漏故障,阐述了液压密封与泄漏机理,分析了密封件产生泄漏的原因并着重对密封件在安装、使用、维护、泄漏检测保护等方面提出了防止泄漏的应对措施。According to the leakage fault of the hydraulic system of aluminum electrolysis multifunctional unit,it is elaborated the leakage mechanism of hydraulic seal,the leakage reason of sealing element is analyzed,therefore the countermeasures for installation,application,maintainance,leak detection and protection and the other aspects of sealing elements are analyzed emphatically.
