基于POE的徐州城市公园使用满意度评价

摘　　要：文章基于使用后评价(Post-occupancy evaluation,POE)原理,采用问卷调研、实地考察与观察等方法,从使用者行为和使用后满意度两方面综合评价徐州城市公园的使用状况。结果表明:(1)公园使用者行为存在一定规律性,活动时间集中在晚上7∶00—8∶00,出行方式以步行为主;使用者来公园的目的以散步居多且偏爱林荫小道。(2)使用者对公园使用设计与建设总体比较满意,满意度存在区域差异性,其大小为铜山区>鼓楼区>泉山区>云龙区>贾汪区。(3)在交通出行、居住环境、公园安全、公园绿化和服务设施5项指标中,使用者对公园绿化满意度最高,服务设施满意度最低,其主要存在座椅等休息设施、厕所和健身设施少等问题。基于研究结果,提出增加座椅、厕所、健身等基础设施配置,以提高徐州城市公园整体游憩质量,并注重区域差异性,对公园进行分区分策建设管理。The satisfaction degree to the parks in Xuzhou City is evaluated in terms of users’ behaviors and satisfaction after the use by using questionnaire survey,on-site investigation and observation based on the theory of postoccupancy evaluation( POE). The results show that: (1) There is some regularity in users’ behaviors and they often use the parks in 7: 00—8: 00 p. m. with walking as the main activity. Most users like strolling in the avenues;(2)Users are generally satisfied with the design and construction of parks but show the different preferences over the parks in different districts,which is ranked as Tongshan District > Gulou District > Quanshan District > Yunlong District >Jiawang District;and (3) Among the indexes of traffic,residential environment,park security,park greening and service facilities,users are mostly satisfied with park greening but least satisfied with service facilities,due to the insufficient number of seats,toilets,and fitness facilities. It is then proposed to increase the infrastructures,such as seats,toilets and fitness facilities,to improve the recreational quality of urban parks in Xuzhou,and pay more attention to the regional differences by adopting the different park management strategies for different districts.
