摘 要:收集2015—2019年洋水河干流主要断面总磷的逐月监测数据,采用单因子评价方法对总磷变化趋势进行评价。依据涉磷企业在线监测数据及《全国饮用水水源地环境保护规划》等相关技术规范对洋水河流域点源及面源污染进行核算,道路面源污染负荷通过模拟径流实验进行计算。洋水河流域2018年年底前河道基本呈现Ⅴ类和劣Ⅴ类水质,2018年年底洋水河开始全面实行流域环境治理与生态修复工程后,河道中下游监测断面总磷浓度均能达到Ⅲ类水体标准。涉磷企业总磷入河量贡献最高,占总入河量的78.79%;其次为种植业、道路面源、畜禽养殖、农村生活污水及农村生活垃圾,占比分别为8.85%、6.63%、4.22%、0.50%、0.02%。The monthly monitoring data of total phosphorus in the main sections of Yangshui River from 2015—2019 is collected,the change trend of total phosphorus is evaluated by single factor evaluation method.The point source and non-point source pollution are calculated according to the online monitoring data of phosphorus-related enterprises and“National drinking water source environmental protection plan”and other relevant technical specifications,and the non-point source pollution of roads is calculated by the simulated runoff experiment.Before the end of 2018,the total phosphorus in the Yangshui River basin basically showedⅤand inferiorⅤ.After the implementation of comprehensive environmental protection and ecological restoration projects at the end of 2018,the total phosphorus concentration in the monitoring section of the middle and lower reaches of the river can reachⅢ.The phosphorus-related enterprises have the highest contribution of total phosphorus into the river,which is accounting for 78.79%of the total inflows,followed by planting,road surface sources,livestock and poultry breeding,rural domestic sewage and rural domestic garbage accounting for 8.85%,6.63%,4.22%,0.50%,0.02%of the total phosphorus inflows.
