折流板除雾器在湿法磷酸装置含氟尾气处理中应用的可行性研究

摘　　要：通过分析复挡除沫器结构、效率等工艺因素表明复挡除沫器在含氟尾气处理中存在局限性,从效率、压降、成本等角度对折流板除雾器与复挡除沫器进行比较,论述将折流板除雾器应用到湿法磷酸装置含氟尾气处理工艺中的可行性,为湿法磷酸装置含氟尾气处理提效升级提供必要的基础。It is shown that the multi-baffling demister has limitations in the treatment of tail gas containing fluorine by analyzing the structure,the efficiency and other technological factors.The multi-baffling demister and baffle plate demister is compared in the aspects of efficiency,pressure drop and cost.Also,the feasibility of applying baffle plate demister to the treatment process of tail gas containing fluorine from WPA plant is discussed,which provides the necessary foundation for improving the treatment efficiency of tail gas containing fluorine from WPA plant.
