磷酸三钙工业窑炉选择性非催化还原脱硝研究

摘　　要：分析磷酸三钙(TCP)工业窑炉尾气中氮氧化物产生原因。磷酸三钙工业窑炉采用选择性非催化还原脱硝,研究脱硝温度、脱硝剂添加比例及添加方式对TCP工业窑炉脱硝效果的影响。实验结果表明,脱硝温度对脱硝效果影响最大,过量脱硝剂对脱硝效果贡献不大,脱硝剂的添加方式对脱硝效果略有影响,最佳脱硝条件为温度820~870℃、脱硝剂尿素添加比例1.72、液态气化喷雾方式添加脱硝剂。The causes of nitrogen oxides in the tail gas of TCP industrial kiln are analyzed.The effect of denitration temperature,concentration and addition method of denitration agent on the denitration effect of TCP tail gas are studied.The experimental results show that the denitration temperature has the greatest influence on the denitration effect.The excess denitration agent has little contribution to the denitration effect.The addition method of denitration agent has little effect on the denitration.The best denitration conditions are temperature 820-870℃,urea ratio 1.72,and liquid gasification spray adding denitrification agent.
