摘　　要：对大型阳极保护浓硫酸冷却器的管板和折流板加工、壳体组焊、管束装配、强度焊接及胀接、阴极密封等制造环节进行简述,通过完善的制造工艺流程及组装方案,避免各工艺环节出现缺陷,保证设备质量达标。The manufacturing processes of anodic protection cooler for concentrated sulfuric acid,such as tube sheet and baffle processing,shell assembly welding,tube bundle assembly,strength welding and expansion joint,cathode sealing are described briefly.Through the perfect manufacturing process and assembly scheme,defects in each process are avoided and the quality of equipment is guaranteed to meet the standard.
