民办高校文化育人机制研究——以上海民办高校名人馆文化育人平台为例

摘　　要：为开展文化育人工作,上海工商外国语职业学院和上海建桥学院先后于2013年和2017年建成傅雷馆和雷锋馆,并开展了相应的文化育人活动。本文重点以这两所民办高校的名人馆为例,研究民办高校文化育人平台的建设与运行机制——平台的构建元素、功能及其内外部关系,以能对包括民办高校在内的所有高校文化育人工作提供借鉴。With the aim of carrying out cultural education,Shanghai Institute Of Commerce&Foreign Languages built up Fu Lei Memorial Hall in 2013,and likewise,Shanghai Jianqiao College built up Lei Feng Memorial Hall in 2017.Focusing on the Hall of Fame in these private colleges as examples,the article studies the construction and operation mechanism of cultural education platform in private colleges.More specifically,the paper discusses the structural elements,functionalities as well as internal and external relationships of the platform,which provides reference for all colleges including private ones in terms of cultural education.
