摘　　要：王献唐是山东近现代图书及文博事业的奠基者,精于文字、考古、金石、目录版本之学。绍兴图书馆藏有与其相关信札3封,记录了民国时期绍兴县修志委员会与王献唐关于王阳明山东所书碑文一事的交往。Wang Xiantang is the founder of modern books and museum of cultural relics in Shandong,who is skilled in the study of philology,archaeology,epigraphy and catalogology.Shaoxing Library has three letters related to him,which record the communication between Shaoxing Local Chronicles Compilation Committee and Wang Xiantang regarding the inscriptions written by Wang Yangming in Shandong.
