摘　　要：开放获取学术出版的发展离不开机构开放获取出版基金的支持。论文借助ROARMAP平台,采用网络调查法和内容分析法调研了美国十所高校的开放获取出版基金项目。首先从基金来源、基金资助原则、资助方式、资助的文献类型、资助额度、基金适用范围和基金管理七个方面对基金概况进行详细分析;其次总结了开放获取出版基金的申请要求,包括对申请者、期刊及其出版商、以及申请时间的要求;最后结合我国开放获取现状,对我国高校设立开放获取出版基金提出建议。The development of open access publishing is inseparable from the open access publishing funds.Based on the ROARMAP platform,the paper uses online survey method and content analysis method to investigate the open access publishing fund projects of ten universities in the United States.Firstly,the fund’s profile is analyzed in detail from seven aspects:fund source,funding principle,funding method,funding document type,funding reimbursement,fund scope and fund management.Secondly,the application requirements of the open access publishing fund are summarized,including requirements for applicant,for journals and their publishers as well as application time;finally,in combination with the state of open access in China,suggestions are made to the establishment of open access publishing funds in Chinese universities.
