摘　　要：活塞压缩机在煤化工、石化等行业应用广泛,是日常生产中电能消耗最主要的装置,投用气量调节技术对其进行节能增效具有重要意义。本文介绍了活塞压缩机气量调节方法的4种方式,详细论述了气量无级调节系统的工作原理和系统组成,研究了气量无级调节系统在活塞压缩机上的节电效果。Piston compressors are widely used in coal chemical industry,petrochemical industry andother industries.It is the most important equipment for power consumption in the manufacturers.It is important to use advanced gas regulation technology to save energy and increase efficiency.This paper introduces four methods of regulating the air volume of piston compressor,expounds the working principle and system composition of the stepless regulating system of gas volume,and the energy saving effect of the stepless gas volume control system on the piston compressor is studied.
