髋外展肌强化训练联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨膝骨关节炎(Knee osteoarthritis,KOA)患者行髋外展肌强化训练联合玻璃酸钠对膝关节疼痛、关节活动度及稳定性的影响.方法:选择KOA患者60例,随机分为对照组30例和观察组30例.对照组予以玻璃酸钠关节腔注射,观察组在对照组的基础上联合髋关节外展肌强化康复训练治疗.全部患者在治疗前和治疗后6周、12周进行KOOS评分.结果:(1)2组患者治疗前KOOS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)治疗后6周时2组患者KOOS评分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),观察组各项评分优于对照组(P<0.05);(3)治疗后12周时,观察组KOOS评分明显优于治疗前(P<0.05),对照组KOOS评分较治疗前无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组KOOS评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:在常规膝关节玻璃酸钠注射治疗基础上行髋外展肌强化康复训练,在缓解疼痛症状的同时,明显提高关节活动度和稳定性,值得临床推广运用.Objective:To investigate the efect of hip abductor strengthening training combined with sodium hyaluronate on knee pain,joint activity and stability in patients with knee osteoarthitis(KOA).Methods:60 patients with KOA were randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases).The control group was injected with sodium hyaluronate into the articular cavity,and the observation group was treated with strengthening rehabilitation training of abductor of hip joint on the basis of the control group.All pa-tients receivred KOOS scores before treatment,6 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in K0OS score before treatment(P>0.05);2)at 6 weeks after treatment,KoOS score of the two groups was significant-ly improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and each score of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);3)at 12 weeks after treatment,the KOOS score of the observation group was significantly better than that before treatment(P<0.05),but the KoOS score of the control group was not statistically significant compared with that before treatment.The KOOS score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of in-jection of sodium hyaluronate into knee joint,strengthening rehabiltation training of abductor hip muscle can relieve pain symptoms and improve joint activity and stability,which is worthy of elinical application.
