优质护理服务在优化急诊手外伤患者入院流程中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨优质护理服务在优化急诊手外伤患者入院流程中的应用。方法:于2018年6月-2019年6月本院急诊接收的手外伤患者中,随机抽选82例为观察对象,对其分组观察,即对照组41例根据常规流程入院,观察组41例实施入院流程优质护理服务。结果:观察组等待时间、手术耗时、住院时间均短于对照组,治疗费用低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组焦虑情绪评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:手外伤患者入院诊治时,通过优质护理服务对其入院流程进行优化,可进一步缩短患者等待时间、手术时间、住院时间,节约治疗费用,且患者满意度较高,焦虑程度轻,有利于化解医疗冲突,值得在临床中大力推荐。Objective:To explore the application of high-quality nursing service in optimizing the admission process of patients with emergency hand trauma.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2019,82 cases of hand trauma patients received in emergency department of our hospital were randomly selected as observation objects and grouped into observation groups.That is to say,41 cases in the routine group were admitted to hospital according to the routine procedure,and 41 cases in the research group were provided with the high-quality nursing service of the admission procedure.Results:The waiting time,operation time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than that of the conventional group,and the treatment cost was lower than that of the conventional group(p<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in research group was significantly higher than that in routine group(p<0.05).The anxiety score of the research group was lower than that of the conventional group(p<0.05).Conclusion:when hand trauma patients are admitted to hospital for diagnosis and treatment,the process of admission can be optimized through high-quality nursing services,which can further shorten the waiting time,operation time and hospitalization time of patients,and save treatment costs.In addition,patients have a high degree of satisfaction and low degree of anxiety,which is conducive to resolving medical conflicts and worthy of great recommendation in clinical practice.
