摘　　要：本文结合我国医院输血科发展现状,从临床用血、输血医学教育、输血科研、输血科人员配备几方面,阐述了随着输血医学学科发展与医疗机构输血科功能的逐步转型,输血科新的功能定位、职能责任以及如何实现,对我国输血科发展和进一步工作的开展提供一定参考。With the development of transfusion medicine,unexplored functions of Departments of Blood Transfusion in hospitals have been gradually extended.Based on the current situation,this paper expounds the exploration,duty and approaches of new functions from the aspects of clinical blood use,education/training and scientific research related to blood transfusion and staffing within the department ans so on,so as to provide some references for the development and further exploration of Blood Transfusion Departments in China.
