摘　　要：人口出生率的持续下降和老龄化的日益攀升,给日本临床用血的稳定供应带来了极大的挑战,因此保障血液的安全和稳定供应一直都是日本有关方面的着力点。日本政府多年不断对血液管理体系和采供血服务体系实行改革,通过业务功能的集中化整合,提高了体系的整体运行效率和资金使用率,虽然改革过程中也面临质疑和困难,但仍然坚持落实并取得明显成效,确保了血液安全和稳定的供应。Continued population decline and ageing is one of the most pressing challenges facing Japanese blood service today. Therefore, ensuring the safety and stable supply of blood have always been the focus of Japanese blood industry. Focusing on the experience of Japan, the paper explores: how Japan had organized constant reforms in blood management and service in recent years, how Japan improved overall efficiency and utilization rate of funds through centralized integration of business, and explains the achievements Japan gained in safe and stable blood supply despite of the doubts and difficulties in the process.
