摘 要:目的采用^19FNMR定量方法检测盐酸莫西沙星的含量。方法以4,4’-二氟二苯甲酮为内标,氘代二甲基亚砜为溶剂,测定盐酸莫西沙星核磁共振氟谱,比较样品定量峰与内标物质响应峰峰面积,计算盐酸莫西沙星的含量。结果进样精密度RSD=1.83%,重复性RSD=1.47%,溶液在8 h内稳定,RSD=1.19%;3批盐酸莫西沙星的平均含量分别为99.04%、98.95%、98.93%,RSD分别为0.31%、0.25%、0.41%。结论建立的19F核磁共振定量法适用于盐酸莫西沙星的含量测定。OBJECTIVE To determine the content of Moxifloxacin hydrochloride by 19FNMR quantitative method.METHODS 4,4’-difluorobenzophenone was used as internal standard and DMSO as solvent,the nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum of Moxifloxacin hydrochloride was determined,and the peak area of the sample quantitative peak and internal standard substance were compared.The content of Moxifloxacin hydrochloride was calculated.RESULTS The injection precision RSD was 1.83%;the reproducibility result was 1.47%;the solution was stable within 8 h with the RSD of 1.19%;the average content of three batches of Moxifloxacin hydrochloride was 99.04%,98.95%and 98.93%,respectively.The RSD was 0.31%,0.25%,and 0.41%,respectively.CONCLUSION The19FNMR quantitative method established in this paper is suitable for the determination of Moxifloxacin hydrochloride.
