摘  要:为了提高广西某选厂锡渣中钽铌的回收率,对常规条件和磁化条件下的钽铌酸浸反应进行了对比试验,结果表明:在磁场强度为560 kA/m、磁化时间为45 min的条件下,(TaNb)2O5的品位为34.69%,较常规条件酸浸试验提高了1.69%;(TaNb)2O5回收率为85.96%,较常规条件酸浸试验提高了2.14%。此外,磁化条件下酸浸反应的硫酸质量分数下降了2%、温度下降了2℃、酸浸时间减少了10 min。即磁场强化酸浸工艺利用钕铁硼稀土永磁内磁处理器磁化稀硫酸,可在提高矿物与浸出剂的作用效果的同时减少浸出剂用量和浸出时间。该磁场强化浸出工艺对锡渣中钽铌的回收具有一定的指导意义。In order to improve the recovery of tantalum and niobium from tin slag in a mineral processing plant in Guangxi province, some leaching tests for recovery of tantalum and niobium were carried out for comparing normal process with magnetic treatment. The results from tests indicated that when the magnetic field intensity was 560 kA/m, the magnetization time was 45 minutes, the product contained 34.69%(TaNb)2O5 which was 1.69% higher than that obtained from leaching test in normal conditions. The recovery of(TaNb)2O5 was 85.96% which increased by 2.14% compared with that in normal conditions. In addition, with the magnetic treatment, mass fraction of sulfuric acid decreased by 2%, the temperature was reduced by 2 ℃, and the leaching time was also reduced by 10 minutes. That is to say, the efficiency of reaction with minerals and chemicals is likely to be improved by magnetization of weak sulfuric acid with the leaching process in an intensified magnetic field using internal magnetic processor based on NdFeB rare earth, mean while both the dosage of leaching chemicals and leaching time can be reduced. This leaching process with magnetic treatment is of certain significance to direct production for the recovery of tantalum-niobium from tin slag.
