摘 要:含钛量高的优质氧化球团矿可作为高炉护炉原料。采用冷压成型低温固结工艺,对TiO2质量分数约为36%的3种钛精矿进行球团制备,并将球团炉外冷却试验与焖炉试验结果进行对比分析。结果表明:在1#矿∶2#矿∶3#矿的配比为34.4∶27.5∶38.1时,添加剂、黏结剂和水分的质量分数分别为3.0%、5.0%和7.4%,在热处理总时间为93 min的焖炉冷却条件下可获得优质的高炉护炉球团矿,其TFe和TiO2质量分数分别为25.82%和34.10%,还原粉化指数(-3.15 mm)为4.13%,常温抗压强度为2 776 N/P,热抗压强度为1 882 N/P。该制备工艺降低了黏结剂消耗量,缩短了球团干燥、热处理时间,提高了成品球的机械强度。High-quality oxide pellets with high titanium content could be adopted as raw materials for blast furnace lining protection.Pellets are prepared and researched from 3 titanium concentrates with roughly 36% mass fraction of titanium dioxide,and tests results are compared between pellets cooling outside the furnace and cooling inside the furnace by technique of cold-bonded pelletizing and low temperature consolidation.High-quality pellets for blast furnace lining protection could be obtained under the inside cooling condition of the concentrates proportion of 1#∶2#∶3# is 34.4∶27.5∶38.1,the mass fractions of additives,binders and moisture are 3.0%,5.0% and 7.4%respectively,and the total heat treatment time is 93 min.The mass fractions of TFe and TiO2 are 25.82% and 34.10%.The low-temperature reduction powdering rate(-3.15 mm) of pellets for blast furnace lining protection is 4.13%,the compressive strength at room temperature is 2 776 N/P,and the thermal compressive strength is 1 882 N/P.The consumption of the binder is reduced,the time of pellet drying and heat treatment is shortened,and the mechanical strength of the finished pellets is improved by the preparation technique.
