中国生猪养殖环境效率及收敛性分析

摘　　要：文章采用随机前沿生产函数对2004—2017年中国不同规模生猪养殖的环境效率进行了测算,并运用log(t)检验考察了生猪养殖环境效率的俱乐部收敛情况。结果显示:小规模、中规模和大规模生猪养殖环境效率的均值为0.929、0.943和0.936。同时,三个规模生猪养殖环境效率在时间上均出现了增长趋势。此外,在三个规模生猪养殖中,东部地区和中部地区的生猪养殖环境效率要高于西部地区。小规模、中规模、大规模生猪养殖环境效率总体不收敛,但都有俱乐部收敛趋势。在三个规模生猪养殖中,养殖场位于华北、东北、华东、中南等地区的生猪养殖环境效率收敛于一个俱乐部;而养殖场位于西南、西北等地区的生猪养殖环境效率收敛于一个俱乐部。This paper uses stochastic frontier production function to estimate the environmental efficiency of pig breeding at different scales in China from 2004 to 2017, and then use the log(t) test to investigate the convergence of the environment efficiency of pig breeding. The results show that the mean environmental efficiency of small, medium and large-scale pig breeding is0.929, 0.943 and 0.936, respectively. At the same time, the environmental efficiency of the three large-scale pig breeding shows an increasing trend in time. In addition, among the three large-scale pig breeding programs, the environmental efficiency of pig breeding in the eastern and central regions is higher than that in the western regions. The environmental efficiency of small, medium and large-scale pig breeding does not converge in general, but there is club convergence trend. Among the three large-scale pig breeding farms, the environmental efficiency of pig breeding farms located in the north, northeast, east and central China converges to one club, while the pig breeding environment efficiency in the southwest, northwest and other areas converges to one club.
