摘 要:某钨矿矿体倾角为5°~10°,矿体厚度为0.5~1.0m,为缓倾斜乃至近水平薄矿体。为高效安全回采该薄矿体,提出了锚杆+穿带护顶分条双侧抛掷全面采矿法、锚杆+穿带护顶分条单侧抛掷全面采矿法、分区划块全面采矿法3种采矿方案,从技术、成本和安全性综合考虑,推荐选用锚杆+穿带护顶分条双侧抛掷全面采矿法,矿房尺寸为6~8m,矿房与矿房之间留设0.5~1.0m条柱,在矿房中间施工上底3.0m、下底2.0m、高2.0m的"倒梯形"巷道作为落矿的受矿巷。此外,针对顶板不稳固片岩和爆破作业对条柱和顶板的冲击破坏等隐患提出了安全措施。The dip angle of a tungsten orebody is 5°to 10°and the thickness of the orebody is 0.5~1.0 m.It is a gently-inclined and even nearly-horizontal thin ore body.In order to mine the thin orebody efficiently and safely,three mining schemes were put forward,including overall mining method of double sides throwing with bolt+strip roof protection,overall mining method of single side throwing with bolt+strip roof protection,and overall mining method of partition and division.From the comprehensive consideration of technology,cost and safety,the overall mining method of double sides throwing with bolt+strip roof protection was recommended.The room size is 6~8 m,a 0.5~1.0 mcolumn is set between the rooms,and an inverted trapezoid roadway with upper bottom of 3.0 m,lower bottom of 2.0 mand height of 2.0 mis constructed in the middle of the room as the receiving roadway for ore drawing.In addition,the safety measures are put forward for the hidden dangers of unstable roof schist and blasting impact on the pillar and roof.
