摘  要:为安全高效回采某矿的梭形隔离矿柱,基于FLAC^(3D)数值模拟方法对隔离矿柱回采方案进行了优化研究。在预留顶柱条件下分析了梭形矿柱的回采顺序对整体开采安全性的影响,分别从应力场及位移场变化方面对比了从中间向两端(方案1)和从两端向中间(方案2)2种回采方案。结果表明,方案1的采场变形与应力分布相协调,而方案2会在部分采场造成应力集中,顶板易发生多点弯曲和反向弯曲,危及采场回采安全,最终推荐方案1,即从中间向两端回采。生产实践证明,采用推荐方案可多回采矿量50.52万t,增加销售收入9413.5万元,增加税后利润4888.1万元。To realize the safe and efficient recovery of spindle-shaped isolated pillars in a mine,FLAC3D numerical simulation method was used to optimize the mining scheme of isolated pillars.Under the condition of reserving isolated pillar,the influence of mining sequence of spindle-shaped orebody on the overall mining safety was analyzed.According to the change of stress field and displacement field,two mining schemes from middle to both ends(scheme 1)and from both ends to middle(scheme 2)were compared.The results show that,the stope deformation in scheme 1 is in harmony with the stress distribution,while in scheme 2,stress concentration will occur in some stopes.And the roof is prone to multi-point bending and reverse bending,which endangers the stope safety.Finally,scheme 1 that stoping from the middle to both ends is recommended.Production practice has proved that the recommended scheme can increase the mining volume by 505200 tons,increase the sales revenue by 94.135 million RMB and increase the after tax profit by 48.881 million RMB.
