摘 要:红土隔水层模拟材料的相似性是研究隔水土层裂缝发育规律的基础和前提。为提高红土隔水层相似材料模拟的相似性,以陕北榆林某矿隔水层裂缝发育规律为研究对象,采用优化配比试验、数据拟合分析和现场实测等研究方法,对红土隔水层相似材料最优配比进行研究。通过实验室测试和现场测试,验证优化前后隔水层模拟材料的相似性。研究结果表明:沙土比为1∶5,机油含量为19.5%时,相似模拟材料单轴抗压强度与红土相似度达98.5%;当骨胶比为7∶1,沙土比1∶5,相似模拟材料含水率和膨胀率与红土相似度可达85.4%和84.5%;红土隔水层相似模拟材料的最优配比为骨胶比7∶1,沙土比1∶5,机油19.5%,相似比1∶200与红土隔水层材料相似度达92.5%;实验室和现场实测验证发现,优化后红土隔水层相似材料比原相似材料模拟效果提高50%,模拟试验的隔水层裂缝发育特征与现场观测基本一致。该研究可为红土隔水层裂缝发育规律研究提供借鉴和参考。The similarity of simulation materials to laterite aquiclude is the basis and premise of studying the fracture development law of aquiclude.To improve the simulation similarity of similar materials to laterite aquiclude,the fracture development law of aquiclude in a mine in Yulin,Shaanxi Province,was taken as the research object.Research methods such as proportion optimization experiment,data fitting analysis and field measurement were adopted to study the best proportion of similar materials to laterite aquiclude.Through laboratory test and field tests,the similarity of similar aquiclude materials before and after optimization was verified.The results show that when the ratio of sand to soil is 1∶5.0 and the oil content is 19.5%,the similarity of the uniaxial compressive strength between similar materials and laterite is 98.5%.When the ratio of bone glue to clay is 7∶1 and the ratio of sand to clay is 1∶5.0,the similarity of water content and swelling rate between similar materials and laterite is 85.4%and 84.5%.The best proportion of similar material to laterite aquiclude is 7∶1 of bone glue to clay,1∶5 of sand to soil,19.5%of oil,the similarity ratio is 1∶200 and the similarity to laterite aquiclude material is 92.5%.Through laboratory test and field tests,it is found that the simulation effect of the optimized similar material to laterite aquiclude is 50%higher than that of the original one,the fracture development characteristics of aquiclude in the simulated test are basically consistent with the field observation.This study can provide a reference for the study of fracture development law of laterite aquiclude.
