摘  要:根据程潮铁矿的现场情况,基于巷道顶板锚杆支护的两个极限状态方程,运用Rosenblueth方法对锚杆支护结构进行可靠性分析,求解锚杆支护结构的可靠度,并分析了锚杆支护的相关参数(锚杆间、排距,锚固力和锚固力方差)对可靠度大小的影响程度。研究结果表明,程潮铁矿回采巷道3-1工作面的顶板锚杆支护结构的可靠度满足工程可靠性要求。给出了提升锚杆支护结构可靠度的措施,以期为锚杆支护参数的改进和决策提供科学依据。Rosenblueth方法简单实用,可以为其他工程可靠性问题的分析提供行之有效的手段。According to the field overview of Chengchao iron ore,and based on the two limit state equations of the anchor support in the roof of roadway,the reliability analysis on the anchor support structure was carried out by Rosenblueth method,the reliability of the anchor support structure was solved,and the influence degree of relevant parameters of anchor support(anchor row and line space,anchoring force and anchoring force variance)on the reliability was analyzed.The results show that the reliability of the roof anchor support structure in the 3-1 working surface of the mining roadway of Chengchao iron ore meets the requirements of engineering reliability.The measures to improve the reliability of the anchor support structure are given,with a view to provide scientific basis for the improvement and decision-making of the anchor support parameters.The Rosenblueth method is a simple and practical method that can provide effective guidance for the reliability analysis of other engineering.
