摘　　要：分析了国外 10大煤炭公司最新的经营战略。从美国长壁工作面调查、澳大利亚长壁产量增长和长壁开采设备发展 3个方面说明了开采技术发展的新趋势 ,介绍了美国二十英里矿和澳大利亚莫兰巴北矿两个典型的高产高效矿井。This paper provides an analysis of the business operation strategy of 10 major international coal companies. Then, this paper indicates the latest development trends in the coal mining technology on the basis an analysis of three explaining examples such as long wall coal face surveys conducted in the United States, coal output growth from long wall faces in Australia and coal mining technological development. The paper also gives an account about two cases of typical highly efficient coal mines such as the Twenty Mile coal mine in the US and coal mine in Australia.
