孟鲁司特钠联合丙卡特罗治疗气道高反应性咳嗽的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察孟鲁司特钠联合丙卡特罗治疗气道高反应性咳嗽的临床效果。方法选择我院2018年1月至2019年11月收治的100例气道高反应性咳嗽患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=50,孟鲁司特钠联合丙卡特罗治疗)与对照组(n=50,抗生素治疗)。比较两组的临床疗效、比气道传导率下降35%所需乙酰甲胆碱的累积药物浓度(PC35sGaw)、血清IL-5、IL-10、嗜酸性粒细胞水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者PC35sGaw高于对照组和治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清IL-5、嗜酸性粒细胞水平均较治疗前降低,血清IL-10水平均较治疗前升高,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组用药期间不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合丙卡特罗治疗气道高反应性咳嗽的效果显著,且用药安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of montelukast sodium combined with procaterol in the treatment of airway hyperresponsiveness cough.Methods One hundred patients with airway hyperresponsiveness cough treated in our hospital from January 2018 to November 2019 were selected and divided into observation group(n=50,montelukast sodium combined with procaterol treatment)and control group(n=50,antibiotic treatment)according to the random number table method.The clinical efficacy,cumulative concentration of methacholine required for 35%reduction of specific airway conductivity(PC35sGaw),levels of serum IL-5,IL-10 and eosinophil,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,PC35sGaw of the observation group was higher than that of the control group and before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IL-5 and eosinophil in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the level of serum IL-10 was higher than that before treatment,and those of the observation group were better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Montelukast sodium combined with procaterol in the treatment of airway hyperresponsiveness cough has a significant effect and high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
