摘　　要：目的比较血管内微导管介入治疗与夹闭手术治疗脑动脉瘤的临床效果。方法选取2018年3月至2019年8月我院收治的76例脑动脉瘤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(38例,采用夹闭手术治疗)和观察组(38例,采用血管内微导管介入治疗)。比较两组临床疗效、血清指标水平、术后恢复及预后情况。结果两组的治疗优良率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后7 d,两组的NF-κB、sICAM-1、VEGF水平均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后6个月,两组改良Rankin评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组预后优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血管内微导管介入治疗与夹闭手术治疗脑动脉瘤临床效果相当,但血管内微导管介入治疗能够更显著的改善患者血清指标水平及术后恢复速度,预后好。Objective To compare the clinical effect of endovascular microcatheter interventional therapy and clipping operation on cerebral aneurysm.Methods Seventy-six patients with cerebral aneurysm admitted in our hospital from March2018 to August 2019 were selected as study objects and divided into control group(38 cases,treated with clipping operation)and observation group(38 cases,treated with endovascular microcatheter interventional therapy)according to the random number table method.The clinical effect,serum indexes levels,postoperative recovery and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the excellent and good rate of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).At 7 d after operation,the levels of NF-κB,sICAM-1 and VEGF in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).At 6 months after operation,the modified Rankin score of the two groups decreased,and that in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of prognosis of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of endovascular microcatheter interventional therapy is similar to that of clipping surgery in the treatment of cerebral aneurysm.However,endovascular microcatheter interventional therapy can significantly improve the serum indexes levels and postoperative recovery,with a good prognosis.
