摘　　要：目的探讨消肿化痔汤熏洗加口服对混合痔术后疼痛程度及肛缘水肿的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将92例混合痔术后患者分为两组,各46例。对照组口服草木犀流浸液片治疗,观察组采用消肿化痔汤熏洗加口服,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的VAS、肛缘水肿评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消肿化痔汤熏洗加口服可减轻混合痔术后患者的术后疼痛,促进肛缘水肿消退,用药安全。Objective To explore the effect of Xiaozhong Huazhi decoction fumigation and oral administration on postoperative pain and perianal edema of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 92 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into two groups,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral melilotus extract tablets,and the observation group was treated with Xiaozhong Huazhi decoction fumigation and oral administration.The therapeutic effects of the control group and observation group were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS and perianal edema scores of the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaozhong Huazhi decoction fumigation and oral administration can reduce postoperative pain of patients with mixed hemorrhoids,promote perianal edema subside,and is safe to use.
