摘　　要：目的调查黔南地区中老年人不良健康行为及常见慢性病发生情况,分析中老年人常见慢性病与不良健康行为的相关性。方法采取整群随机抽样调查方法,在黔南地区选取45岁以上中老年人作为研究对象进行问卷调查。分析研究对象的一般资料、慢性病发生情况及不良健康行为与常见慢性病患病率的关系。结果782名中老年人中,慢性病患者387例,患病率为49.49%。年龄、体检、坚持运动是影响中老年人常见慢性病患病率的相关因素(P<0.05)。结论中老年人常见慢性病患病率与年龄、经常体检和坚持运动有关。Objective To investigate the unhealthy health behaviors and incidence of common chronic diseases among middle-aged and elderly people in Qiannan area,and analyze the correlation between common chronic diseases and unhealthy health behaviors.Methods The cluster random sampling method was adopted,and middle-aged and elderly people over the age of 45 in Qiannan area were selected as the research objects.The general information,the incidence of chronic diseases and the relationship between unhealthy health behaviors and the prevalence rate of common chronic diseases were analyzed.Results Among 782 middle-aged and elderly people,387 cases with chronic diseases,and the prevalence rate was 49.49%.Age,physical examination and exercise adherence were the related factors affecting the prevalence rate of common chronic diseases in middle-aged and elderly people(P<0.05).Conclusion The prevalence rate of common chronic diseases is related to age,regular physical examination and exercise adherence.
