摘　　要：介绍了金隆铜业有限公司在产能增加、排放标准要求提高的情况下,在节能及废水、废气环保治理方面的技术创新发展过程。1997年投产至今,经过多次改造,矿铜产量由100 kt/a提高到350 kt/a,硫酸系统能力由375 kt/a提升到1200 kt/a,通过技术提升,硫酸综合电耗从93 kWh/t降至74 kWh/t,保持国内先进水平。The technological innovation and development process of Jinlong Copper Co.,Ltd.in energy saving,waste water and waste gas environmental protection treatment under the condition of increasing production capacity and improving emission standards are introduced.Since it was put into operation in 1997,after several modifications,the copper output has been increased from 100 kt/a to 350 kt/a,and the capacity of sulphuric acid system has been increased from 375 kt/a to 1200 kt/a,through technical upgrading,the electricity consumption per ton of sulphuric acid has been reduced from 93 kWh/t to 74 kWh/t,maintaining the advanced level in China.
