摘 要:介绍了富氧顶吹镍熔炼烟气中单质硫析出的原因及控制措施。认为积硫的主要原因是冶炼富氧顶吹镍熔炼炉还原气氛过强,物料氧化不充分,部分硫元素以单质形式进入冶炼烟气。技术人员对比余热锅炉出口烟气管道上的氧气分析仪数据,对喷枪套筒风进行合理配氧,利用DCS系统调节喷枪和套筒风配氧量,将烟气中φ(O2)控制在3%~8%,使硫化物在进入余热锅炉前充分燃烧成SO2,减少了单质硫的析出,为有色冶炼行业冶炼烟气中单质硫的有效控制提供了思路。The causes and control measures of elemental sulphur precipitation in oxygen enriched top blown nickel smelting flue gas are introduced.It is considered that the main reason of sulphur deposition is that the reduction atmosphere is too strong and the material oxidation is not enough in oxygen enriched top blown nickel smelting furnace,and some sulphur elements enter the smelting flue gas in the form of elemental.The technical personnel compare the data of oxygen analyzer on the flue gas pipe at the outlet of waste heat boiler,reasonably distribute oxygen to the sleeve air of spray gun.The oxygen distribution of lance and sleeve air is adjusted by DCS system,and theφ(O2)in flue gas is controlled at 3%-8%,so that the sulfide is fully burned into SO2 before entering the waste heat boiler,reducing the precipitation of elemental sulphur,which is effective for elemental sulphur in smelting flue gas of nonferrous smelting industry control provides ideas.
