摘　　要：针对锌挥发窑工况特点和生产实际情况,介绍了改进型SNCR脱硝法的工艺流程、主要设备和运行情况,并提出了生产过程中的注意事项和防范措施,系统运行稳定,ρ(NOx)在50 mg/m3以下,能够满足环保要求。According to the working condition characteristics of zinc volatilization kiln and the actual production situation,the process flow,main equipment and operation of the improved SNCR denitration method are introduced.The precautions and preventive measures in the production process are put forward.The system operates stably,and theρ(NOx)is below 50 mg/m3,which can meet the requirements of environmental protection.
