炙甘草汤对比抗心律失常药物治疗室性期前收缩的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的评估炙甘草汤干预室性期前收缩的疗效及安全性。方法检索中国知网、万方、维普全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、EMbase。检索时间为建库至2019年2月1日。对纳入的研究用Cochrane手册进行偏倚风险评估,用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入8篇文献,共694例病人。与对照组相比,试验组(应用炙甘草汤加减)24 h室性期前收缩次数减少[MD=-361.51,95%CI(-505.50,-217.53),P<0.00001],室性期前收缩疗效[OR=2.54,95%CI(1.27,5.08),P=0.008]、临床症状疗效[OR=3.37,95%CI(2.05,5.54),P<0.00001]均优于对照组。结论现有证据表明炙甘草汤与抗心律失常药物相比,治疗室性期前收缩的疗效更好。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Zhigancao decoction in the treatment of premature ventricular contractions.Methods CNKI,wanfang,VIP,Chinese biomedical literature database,PubMed,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,and EMbase were searched.The retrieval period was from the database construction to February 1,2019.Risk of bias was assessed by the Cochrane manual,and Meta analysis was performed by using RevMan 5.3 software.Results A total of 694 patients suffering premature ventricular contractions were enrolled in 8 literature.Compared with control group,the number of 24-hour premature ventricular contractions decreased in Zhigancao decoction group[MD=-361.51,95%CI(-505.50,-217.53),P<0.00001].The efficacy of premature ventricular contractions[OR=2.54,95%CI(1.27,5.08),P=0.008],clinical efficacy[OR=3.37,95%CI(2.05,5.54),P<0.00001]in Zhigancao decoction group were better than those in control group.Conclusion Compared with the antiarrhythmic drugs,the treatment effect of Zhigancao decoction is better.
