摘　　要：半导体激光器相较于固体、染料和气体等激光器,在结构、效率、寿命等多方面均具有很大的优势,尤其是红外波段的半导体激光器近年来在工业、医疗、军事等领域得到了广泛的应用,已成当前半导体激光器的研究热点。本文对短、中、长波红外半导体激光器的应用进行综述,并对当前存在的问题进行了讨论,期望为从事红外半导体激光器研究及应用的人员提供参考。Compared with solid-state lasers,dye lasers and gas lasers,semiconductor laser has great advantages in terms of structure,efficiency,life and so on.In particular,semiconductor laser in the infrared band has been widely used in industrial,medical,military and more other fields in recent years that have become a research hot spot.This article reviews the applications of short,medium,and long-wave infrared semiconductor lasers,and discusses the current problems,which can be expected to provide a reference for those who are engaged in the research and application of infrared semiconductor lasers.
