摘  要:为提高激光焊接焊缝处质量检测的精度,在红外热成像技术的支持下,提出新型在线检测方法。以红外热成像技术为依据,通过测取当前目标表面的红外辐射进行温度转换,获取直观热像图,提出的多项计算框架,用于成像处理。利用传感器采集红外图像信息数据,对上述采集到的红外图像信号进行加工,生成焊接信号,从单面和双面两种方法策略下,获取需求数据和判断数据,实现焊接质量的最终判断。通过实验数据分析可以得出结论,相比以往检测方法,此次设计的红外成像激光焊接质量检测方法的数据标准化残差散点更为密集,说明数据采集准确度更高,具有一定的推广和应用价值。In order to improve the accuracy of laser welding quality detection,a new on-line detection method is proposed with the support of infrared thermal imaging technology.Based on infrared thermal imaging technology,obtaining direct thermal images through current infrared radiation of target surface acquisition for temperature converting.A number of computing frameworks are putting forward for image processing.Using sensors to collect infrared image information data,processing collected infrared image signals to generate welding signals,and obtaining demand data and judgment data from two methods of single-sided and double-sided strategies to achieve final judgment of welding quality.Through the analysis of experimental data,it can be concluded that infrared imaging laser welding quality inspection method designed has more intensive data standardization residual scatter points,indicating that the data collection accuracy is higher,and it has a certain degree of promotion and application value.
