摘 要:针对传统电流源变流器的调制方法无法实现三相四桥臂电流源变流器在不平衡负载下的三相电压平衡控制,且会有较高的共模电压的问题,提出了一种三相四桥臂电流源变流器的三维空间矢量脉宽调制(3D-SVPWM)方法,并将其应用于三相四线制独立供电系统。首先,定义了三维电流空间矢量,分析了不同电流空间矢量对应的共模电压。其次,提出了判断参考矢量所在四面体的方法。然后,通过优化空间矢量顺序,提出一种低开关动作次数下有效减小共模电压的空间矢量顺序。最后,实验表明所提3D-SVPWM方法能够实现三相四桥臂电流源变流器在不平衡负载下的三相电压平衡控制,且能有效降低共模电压。The conventional modulation method of current-source converter cannot realize the three-phase voltage balance control of the three-phase four-leg current-source converter with unbalanced load, and has a high common-mode voltage. To solve the above problems, this paper proposes a three-dimensional space vector pulse width modulation(3 D-SVPWM) method for the threephase four-leg current-source converter, and applies it to a three-phase four-wire independent power supply system. Firstly, the three-dimensional current space vectors are defined, and the common-mode voltages corresponding to different current space vectors are analyzed. Secondly, this paper proposes a method for judging the tetrahedron where the reference vector is located.Thirdly, by optimizing the space vector sequence, this paper proposes a space vector sequence which can effectively reduce the common-mode voltage at low switching times. Finally, the experiments show that the proposed 3 D-SVPWM method can achieve three-phase voltage balance control on three-phase four-leg current-source converter with unbalanced load, and effectively reduce the common-mode voltage.
