摘  要:本文采用离子渗氮工艺对H13热作模具钢进行了表面处理,试验结果表明,渗氮温度为500℃,保温时间为8 h时试样具有最佳的性能,表面硬度为1 250 HV,渗氮层厚度为241μm。摩擦磨损试验表明,渗氮温度为500℃,保温时间为8 h时,试样磨损14 h后磨损量为206 mg。渗氮层中化合物主要为Fe2N、Fe4N及Fe3O4,适当厚度的化合物层和渗氮层对模具钢热性能提高具有显著的作用。In this paper,the plasma nitriding process was carried out to treat the surface of H13 hot die steel. The experimental results show that the samples with the best property are achieved when the nitriding temperature is500 ℃ and the holding time is 8 h,while the surface hardness is 1 250 HV and nitriding layer thickness is 241 μm.The friction and wear test show that the wear loss quality of die steel samples with nitriding temperature of 500 ℃and holding time of 8 h is 206 mg after 14 h of wearing test. The phase composition shows that the main compounds in nitriding layer are Fe2 N,Fe4 N and Fe3 O4.The compound layer and nitriding layer with appropriate thickness have significant effect on the improvement of thermal properties of die steel.
