摘 要:本文对圆筒混合机中添加逆流螺旋前后的制粒效果进行对比,结果表明:逆流螺旋可使制粒后3 mm的筛上累积从70~75%增加到80~85%,中粗颗粒比例明显增多;制粒后球形颗粒增加15%左右,大大降低长方形和杆状颗粒的比例;通过计算可知,添加逆流螺旋后理论运动曲线为螺旋往复运动,较之前的螺旋运动大大增加了制粒小球的运动路程和制粒时间,提高混合机的填充率。This paper compares the granulation effect of adding counter-current helix in cylinder mixer. The results show that counter-current helix can increase the cumulative amount of medium and coarse particles from 70-75%to 80-85% on the screen of 3 mm after treatment,increase the proportion of spherical particles by about 15%,greatly reduce the proportion of rectangular and rod-shaped particles,increase the filling rate of mixer,and finally through rationalization. It is concluded that the theoretical curve of motion after adding countercurrent helix is helical reciprocating motion,which greatly increases the movement course and granulation time of granulating pellets compared with previous helical motion.
