雷氏培中泻木法配合耳穴压豆治疗腹泻型IBS-D肝郁脾虚证临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的 评价雷氏培中泻木法配合耳穴压豆治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)肝郁脾虚证的临床效果.方法 IBS-D患者60例采用随机数字表法随机分为两组,试验组采用雷氏培中泻木法配合耳穴压豆,对照组采用西药治疗,干预治疗4周,对治疗后两组疗效和生活质量情况进行比较.结果 试验组有效率为89.66%,对照组有效率为67.86%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组肠道症状积分较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.01),与对照组比较,试验组的腹痛程度、腹痛天数、排便满意度和生活干扰度改善优于对照组(P<0.05).与本组治疗前比较,除对照组患者的总体健康、精力外,其余各项积分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且试验组生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、精力、社会功能等比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 雷氏培中泻木法配合耳穴压豆治疗IBS-D肝郁脾虚证疗效确切,可有效改善患者的症状和提高生活质量,且无明显毒副反应.Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the treatment of diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)with the Lei's method of invigorating the spleen and soothing the liver and auricular point pressing bean.Methods 60 patients with IBS-D were randomly divided into two groups using the random number tabic method.The experimental group was treated with the Lei's method of invigorating the spleen and soothing the liver and auricular point pressing bean,while the control group was treated with western medicine for 4 weeks.The efficacy and quality of life of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results The effective rate was 89.66% in the experimental group and 67.86% in the control group.The difference in efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of intestinal symptoms in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the degree of abdominal pain,days of abdominal pain,satisfaction with defecation and disturbance of life in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group before treatment,excepted for the overall health and energy of the control group,the differences in other scores were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difterences in physiological fimetion,physical pain,overall health,energy and social function were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of IBS-D syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency by the Lei's method of invigorating the spleen and soothing the liver combined with.niricular acupoint pressing bean is effective,and can effectively improve the symptoms and improve the quality of life,without obvious toxic and side effects.
