超脉冲CO2激光联合Q开关Alex755nm激光治疗脂溢性角化病临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察超脉冲CO2激光联合Q开关Alex755nm激光治疗脂溢性角化病的疗效.方法 选取2015年1月至2018年12月期间接受治疗的脂溢性角化病患者256例.先用超脉冲CO2激光分层炭化汽化高出皮肤表面的病变组织消失后,再用Q开关Alex755nm激光去除剩余的病变组织和色素.结果 一次治疗结束3个月后,痊愈235例(91.8%),显效17例(6.6%),有效4例(1.6%),无效0例,有效率100%.所有患者未见色素沉着、色素脱失及凹陷性瘢痕或增生性瘢痕等副反应出现.结论 超脉冲CO2激光联合Q开关Alex755nm激光治疗脂溢性角化病可有效发挥设备优势,减少不良反应,值得临床选择应用.Objective To observe the efficacy of superpulse CO2 laser combined with Q-switched Alex755nm laser in the treatment of seborrheic keratosis.Methods 256 patients with seborrheic keratosis from January 2015 to December 2018 were selected.First,the lesion tissue which was higher than the skin surface was vaporized by superpulse CO2 laser,and then the remaining lesion tissue and pigment were removed by Q-switched Alex755nm laser.Results After 3 months of treatment,235 cases(91.8%)were cured,17 cases(6.6%)were markedly efiective and 4 cases(1.6%)were efiective.0 case was ineffective,the effective rate was 100%.No side effects such as pigmentation,pigmentation,concave scar or hyperplastic scar were found in all patients.Conclusion Super puke CO2 laser combined with Q-switched Alex755nm laser in the treatment of seborrheic keratosis can effectively give Rill play to the advantages of equipment and reduce adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
