摘 要:目的调查城区下水道鼠类分布特征,并探索防治对策。方法用盗食法观察城区居民生活区、餐饮单位、农贸集市周边3大类生境的下水道鼠类分布特点,观察下水道蜡块毒饵灭鼠效果。结果农贸集市、餐饮单位和居民区雨水井盗食率分别为32.50%、30.34%和12.17%,3种生境盗食率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=29.60,P<0.05);春季和秋季的盗食率分别为26.54%和25.28%,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.12,P>0.05);春季和秋季毒饵灭鼠,鼠密度下降率分别是70.47%和66.89%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=39.38,P<0.05;χ~2=32.42,P<0.05)。结论城区下水道鼠类侵害率高,应采取灭鼠措施加强下水道鼠类的控制。Objective To investigate the rodent distribution in the sewers of city and its control technology.Methods Using bait consumption to observe the rodent distribution in sewers of urban resident,restaurants and adjacent groceries.Results The bait consumption by rodents in city sewers of urban resident,restaurants and adjacent groceries were 32.50%,30.34% and 12.17%,with statistically significance(χ~2=29.60,P<0.05) among three environments.26.54% bait consumption by rodents was observed in spring,and 25.28% in autumn,without significant difference(χ~2=1.12,P>0.05).The rat density significantly declined as much as 70.47%(χ~2=39.38,P<0.05)in spring,and 66.89%(χ~2=32.42,P<0.05)in autumn after the poison baits were applied.Conclusion The rodent density was high in city sewers.Rodent control should be strengthened in city sewers.
